Every person deserves access to life’s basic essentials, including a safe community in which they can thrive.

Join us in discussion at the Night Rider, and share your thoughts, ideas, and stories about the many ways we can take steps toward a safer Raleigh–be it through more safe spaces, more police accountability, or sharing Know Your Rights information.

We’ll have 3 powerful community organizers joining us. Each speaker will share their stories and experiences for 3-5 minutes, and will then facilitate an open discussion with the room.

This event is part of our Corner Conversations series: 6 community discussions, with rotating topics, which will bring the voices of the people – your voice – to the forefront.

So come out, grab a drink and some pizza rolls, and chat with us.

Our local government directly affects lives, and has an immediate impact on our city. That’s why it’s important for your voice to be heard and involved as Raleigh grows and changes. This is our time, our city, and our future. Let’s take a stand to build Raleigh, together!
